Apply for the AIM™ Financial Leadership Boot Camp

The AIM™ Financial Leadership Boot Camp is a nine-month cohort and individual consulting experience for nonprofit CEOs, CFOs, COOs, executive directors, and other senior leaders who want to strengthen their financial leadership and more effectively align strategy, resources, operations, and impact.

Participation begins with a brief application. Your responses will help us understand your leadership role, your organization’s needs, and what you hope to accomplish through the experience.

What to Expect

1. Submit Your Application

Tell us about yourself, your organization, and the opportunities or challenges you are navigating.

2. Participate in a Fit Conversation

After reviewing your application, we may invite you to a brief conversation to learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether the Boot Camp is the right fit.

3. Confirm Your Participation

Applicants invited to join the cohort will receive enrollment information and instructions for reserving their place.

Submitting an application does not obligate you to enroll and does not guarantee admission. Cohort size is intentionally limited to support candid conversation, meaningful relationships, and individualized guidance.

Applications for the January 2027 cohort will be accepted through November 30, 2026.
